How this property was lit.
Small commercial properties get the most value from the edges: the roofline above the customer's eye line and the yard edge below it. Both were lit so the building reads as decorated from the parking area.
The porch was lit as its own zone so customers arriving after dark still have a bright, safe approach to the door.
Takedown was scheduled for January, which is what makes this a commercial package rather than a permanent install — the building returns to normal without the owner touching a ladder.
