Holiday Lights Texas
Large Texas estate at night with warm-white lighting running every gable, dormer and roofline as one continuous line.

For your home

The line is the design. Get it straight.

Roofline lighting is where cheap installations expose themselves. A sag between two attachment points, a coil of spare wire looped over a gutter, a dark gap where two strands meet — all visible from the street in the dark. Ours are measured, cut and fitted to your roof.

Included in every programme

Nothing is an add-on after the quote.

The installation, the product, the service calls, the removal and the storage are one system. The only thing that changes is the size of the property.

  • Measured, not estimated

Every plane of the roof is measured before material is ordered, so nothing is cut to a guess.

  • Cut to each plane

Each run is cut for the gable, fascia or ridge it goes on. No spare coil, no loop over the gutter.

  • Even bulb spacing

Spacing is set so the line reads as one continuous run around corners, dormers and offsets.

  • Clean wire management

Wire runs are planned and tucked. Nothing hangs below the drip edge or crosses a window head.

  • Ridge and peak coverage

Ridges, peaks and hip lines are treated so the roofline holds from every angle, not just head-on.

  • Colour matched to your house

Warm white for brick, stone and light siding; crisp white for dark façades. We will tell you which works.

The detail matters

The part most installers skip is the part people notice.

The product is simple. The execution is not. Here is exactly how we think about this type of property.

01

Where retail strands give themselves away

Three places, every time. The sag — a strand hung between two widely spaced attachment points that dips below the roofline. The coil — the leftover length of a fixed-size strand, looped over a gutter or bundled at a corner. And the gap — two strands meeting with a plug between them, leaving a dark notch in an otherwise continuous line. Custom cutting removes all three problems at source.

  • No sag: attachment points are planned and the run is cut to tension
  • No coil: the run ends where the roof ends
  • No gap: connections are planned inside a run, not between two
  • No cross-over: nothing crosses a gable vent or window head
02

Reading a roofline properly

A roof is not one line. It is fascia, gable rake, ridge, hip, dormer and soffit, and each reads differently at night. A fascia run seen from the street and a ridge run seen from an angle need different treatment to look like the same display. We plan each plane individually, then check that the whole roof reads as one composition from the road.

03

Which white is the right white

It depends on your house, and the answer is usually the opposite of what people expect. Warm white generally flatters brick, stone, stucco and light-coloured siding because it lifts the texture of the material instead of flattening it. Crisp white reads better against dark façades and modern dark trim, where a warm white can look muddy. We will tell you honestly which one suits your architecture before you commit.

04

The cheapest thing you can do that changes everything

If you do only one thing, do the front roofline. It is the single highest-impact element of any holiday display, it is the package most customers start with, and because your set is custom cut and stored by us, it is the easiest thing to build on next season with trees, landscaping and entry décor.

Call us. We can often give you a useful starting estimate over the phone, then confirm the design around your house.

What we can light

Built around your property, not a package name.

Start with the part of the property that matters most. The system can grow in later seasons without starting again.

  • Front and side fascias
  • Gables and rake edges
  • Dormers
  • Ridges and peaks
  • Hip lines
  • Soffits and eaves
  • Garage and portico rooflines
