How do I book the same design again next year?

Use the form on the annual reinstall page, or call (936) 499-8984. Choose same design again, or the same design with a change, and tell us your preferred install date.

Can I change the design for the second year?

Yes. A new color, another tree or an extra gable can be quoted at the start of the season, and the new runs are cut to match your existing set. We confirm any change with you in writing before the season.

What if I move house?

A custom set is cut for one property, so a move changes the plan. Tell us as early as you can and we will talk through what is practical for the new home.

When should returning customers book?

As early as you can. Dates fill for returning customers as they do for everyone, and the week before Thanksgiving is the most requested.

How the second year works

Easier than the first.

The measuring, the cutting and the planning are already done. What is left is choosing your dates.

Step 2
We confirm dates and any changes
We confirm your install and takedown dates with you in advance, and quote anything new in writing before the season. Additions are cut to match what you already have.
Step 3
Your set comes out of storage
It is already cut and labelled for your house, so the reinstall follows the plan from the first year. The timer is configured again before we leave.
Step 4
The season runs, and we maintain it
Free in-season maintenance and a 24-hour response, seven days a week, then takedown and storage again when you are ready.
