Our insured crew installs the display, manages the wire runs and sets the timer. You do not need to be home — many customers come back to it already on.
If a bulb, strand or connection fails, call us. In-season maintenance is free, and problems are answered within 24 hours, seven days a week.
On the date you pick — the day after Christmas, or well into January. Removal is already covered by the price you paid in autumn.

Stage by stage
Nothing here is a slogan. Each stage is a real step on a real property, and each one exists because skipping it is what makes a display look cheap.
You tell us the property type, the city and what you want lit. We measure the rooflines and plan the runs, then send a written quote. Most estimates go out the same business day, and many can be given entirely over the phone.
This is the stage every box-store installation skips. Your rooflines are measured plane by plane and the commercial-grade LED is cut to match, so runs end where the roof ends and bulb spacing stays even around corners, dormers and offsets.
Our insured crew sets the display, manages the wire runs and configures the timer. You do not need to be home. Most single-family properties are finished in one visit, and commercial work is staged around your trading hours.
Your display should look the same in week six as it did in week one. If a bulb, strand or connection fails — weather, wildlife, a stray football — call us and we come back. In-season maintenance is free and issues are answered within 24 hours.
You choose the date. Some customers want it down on 26 December; others leave it up through January. Removal is already covered by the price you paid in autumn, so there is no second invoice waiting for you in the new year.
Your custom set is taken down carefully, labelled by zone and stored by us at no extra charge. Nothing goes in your attic and nothing gets tangled in a box for eleven months.
Next autumn your set returns already fitted to your property, which makes reinstallation faster and simpler than the first year. Designs can grow — a new tree, another gable, a walkway — and the new runs are cut to match what you already have.

No. Once the design is agreed, our crew can complete the installation while you are at work. Many customers come home to find the display already up and running. If you would rather be there, we will schedule around you.
No. Our crews are trained to work on residential roofs without damaging shingles, flashing or gutters, and the clips and attachments we use are chosen for that purpose. We are insured, and we work to current industry safety practice on every property.
With commercial-grade clips and fasteners matched to the surface — shingle, fascia, gutter or masonry — and never with anything that pierces the roof covering. Because the runs are cut to length and the attachment points are planned, there is no weight hanging off a single clip and nothing pulling on a gutter edge.
Yes. Two-storey and steep-pitch rooflines are routine work for us, and a large share of our installations involve gables, dormers and ridges that a homeowner should not be on. Height and access are factored into your quote so there are no surprises on install day.
Whichever the property requires. We use the appropriate access equipment for the height and pitch of your roof and for the trees on your property, and we choose it to protect your landscaping and driveways as well as our crew.
Yes. Tree wrapping is one of our most requested services. We wrap trunks and primary branches rather than trying to cover a whole canopy, because that is what actually reads at night — the canopy disappears into the sky, while a wrapped trunk carries the eye upward and anchors the whole display.
Most single-family homes are completed in a single visit. Larger properties — multi-structure estates, long driveways, extensive tree work — can take longer, and we will tell you the expected duration in your quote so you can plan around it. Commercial and community installations are scheduled to avoid disrupting your operating hours.
You call us and we come back out. In-season maintenance is free — bulbs, strands, connections and clips are our responsibility for the whole season. You do not climb a ladder, you do not hunt for the dead bulb, and you do not pay for the repair.
Your season
Thanksgiving week is the most requested slot on our schedule, and it goes first. Booking early gets you the install and takedown dates you actually want.
