Service and guarantee
If your lights go out, that is our problem. Not yours.
What is covered
Free maintenance, for the whole season.
In-season maintenance is included in the price you already paid. There is no service fee, no call-out charge and no invoice in December.
Repairs at no charge
Bulbs, strands, clips and connections are our responsibility for the entire season. If it fails, we fix it and you are not billed.
Guarantee on the installation
Every installation is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If something about the product, the service or the crew is not right, we make it right — or we refund you.
24-hour response
Lighting issues are answered within 24 hours, seven days a week. If your display is needed for an event, tell us and we will prioritise it.
Why displays fail
Four things take lights down. All four are covered.
Knowing what actually goes wrong is the difference between a company that sells you a display and one that keeps it running.
Weather
A Texas winter front can drop a run, fill a connection or take a section down on an exposed gable. Weather damage is covered — we come back and put it right at no charge.
Wildlife
Squirrels chew strands. Birds nest in a protected corner. It happens on nearly every street and it is not something you should have to solve from a ladder.
A single failed bulb
On a commercial-grade run, one dead bulb should not darken the whole section. When a bulb does fail, it is a two-minute fix for us and a wasted afternoon for you.
Damage during the season
A ladder, a delivery truck backing into a bed, a football, an enthusiastic dog. Whatever did it, tell us and we will restore the display.

Before you call
Five quick checks, all from the ground.
Most dark displays are an outlet or a timer. These checks take two minutes and make the call faster. Never climb a ladder or touch a damaged cord.
- 1Is the timer plugged in, set to the right time and switched on?
- 2Has the GFCI outlet tripped? With dry hands, press reset once.
- 3Is the whole display out, or only one section? Note where the dark begins.
- 4Did it start after a storm, high wind or a power cut?
- 5Take a photo after dark. It helps us arrive with the right parts.
Stated plainly
What we do not claim, and what we do not do.
- We do not install permanent, year-round lighting, and we will not sell you one. If you want permanent lighting you want a different contractor, and we will say so.
- We do not do electrical work. If a circuit needs adding or repairing, we will tell you to call an electrician rather than do it ourselves.
- We do not offer landscape lighting outside the holiday season. Our product is seasonal by design: it goes up, it performs, it comes down and it is stored.
- We are not publishing a warranty term in years on this page, because the company's published commitment is its seasonal maintenance promise and satisfaction guarantee. If a longer written warranty is agreed with a client, it belongs in that client's contract, not in marketing copy.
Service questions
What happens when something goes wrong.
It means the strand is measured against your house and cut to length before it goes up. Your rooflines are measured, the runs are cut to match, the spacing is set so bulbs are evenly distributed, the wire is managed so nothing dangles below the drip edge, and the connections are planned rather than improvised. That is why there is no excess coil of wire looped over a gutter and no dark gap where two retail strands should have met.
Professional-grade, weather-rated LED lighting, custom cut for each property. This is not product you can buy at a hardware or big-box store. It is built to stay lit through a Texas winter — rain, wind and temperature swings — and to hold its colour and brightness for the whole season.
Yes. Warm white, crisp white, red and white, traditional multicolour, and combinations across different parts of the property. We will tell you honestly which one suits your architecture. Warm white generally flatters brick, stone and light-coloured siding; crisp white reads best against dark façades; multicolour suits traditional family homes and looks better when it is paired with white at ground level rather than used everywhere.
Yes. A timer is included and configured as part of the installation, so your display turns on and off when you want it to without you thinking about it. No more driving back from a party because you cannot remember whether you switched them off.
That is the point of the system. Because the set is custom cut for your property and stored by us, it is already fitted to your rooflines when next season arrives. It is labelled and organised during takedown, so reinstallation is quicker and simpler than the first year. You can also add to the design — a new tree, another gable, a walkway — and we will cut the additional runs to match what you already have.
Yes. Designs expand. Adding a tree wrap, a hedge line or a second-storey gable the following year is straightforward because we still hold your original set and know exactly how it was cut. The new runs are matched to the existing product so the two seasons look like one continuous design.
You call us and we come back out. In-season maintenance is free — bulbs, strands, connections and clips are our responsibility for the whole season. You do not climb a ladder, you do not hunt for the dead bulb, and you do not pay for the repair.
Within 24 hours, seven days a week, for the entire season. If something takes your display down — weather, wildlife, a stray football — call (936) 499-8984 and we will be out to restore it. Getting your lights back on before your party is the whole reason the service exists.
Yes. Our lighting is commercial-grade and weather-rated, and if a storm takes part of your display down we will come back and put it right at no charge. Weather is one of the most common reasons we are called out during the season, and it is covered.
Yes. Every installation is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product, the service or the crew, we will make it right — and if we cannot, we will refund you. If something is not right, we fix it. That is the whole policy.
