For your home

An estate is not one building. Its lighting should not be one run.

Large properties fail at lighting for one reason: they get treated as a house with more roofline. Guest houses, detached garages, gates, long drives and mature trees each need their own design decision, and they need to resolve into a single composition when you pull through the gate at night.

Included in every programme

Nothing is an add-on after the quote.

The installation, the product, the service calls, the removal and the storage are one system. The only thing that changes is the size of the property.

  • Multi-zone design

Each structure, gate, tree group and drive segment is planned as its own zone, then balanced against the others.

  • Driveway and gate treatment

The experience starts at the street. Lit drive edges, gate columns and wrapped trunks lead the eye inward.

  • Mature tree work

Trunk and primary-branch wrapping on large oaks and pines, installed with equipment that protects the root zone.

  • Electrical planning

Load and outlet planning across multiple structures, agreed before installation day rather than improvised on site.

  • Symmetry and restraint

We light what the architecture wants lit. On a large property, what you leave dark matters as much as what you light.

  • Annual service

Free in-season maintenance, 24-hour response, scheduled removal and off-season storage of the entire set.

The detail matters

The part most installers skip is the part people notice.

The product is simple. The execution is not. Here is exactly how we think about this type of property.

01

The experience starts at the street

On a property with a long drive, the house is the last thing your guests see. The first thing they see is a dark gap between the road and your front door. So we design from the road inward: the drive edge, the gate, the trees lining the approach, and only then the residence. The result is a sequence rather than a surprise.

  • Gate columns and entry piers
  • Driveway and approach edges
  • Tree trunks along the approach
  • Guest house and detached structures
  • The residence itself, lit last
02

Multiple structures, one composition

A guest house, a detached garage and a pool house are not automatically part of the same display. If each is lit independently you get three houses on one lot. We match colour temperature, bulb spacing and run direction across every structure so the property reads as one design — then we deliberately hold one or two elements back so there is still a focal point.

03

Working around mature trees and finished landscapes

Large trees are the best lighting asset on an estate and the easiest to damage. We plan the wrapping to the trunk and primary branches — the parts that actually carry light at night — and we use access equipment that keeps weight off the root zone and off finished hardscape. Nothing is driven across a lawn that should not be.

04

Symmetry is the whole game

On a large façade, a single missing run is visible from the road. Every plane is measured, every run is cut to the same specification, and the whole set is stored together so that next season it goes back up identically. That consistency is what makes a big house look expensive instead of decorated.

No-pressure starting point

Not sure what your property needs?

Call us. We can often give you a useful starting estimate over the phone, then confirm the design around your house.

What we can light

Built around your property, not a package name.

Start with the part of the property that matters most. The system can grow in later seasons without starting again.

  • Primary and secondary residences
  • Guest houses and pool houses
  • Detached garages and workshops
  • Gates and entry piers
  • Long driveways and approaches
  • Mature trees and tree groupings
  • Formal hedges and parterres
  • Outdoor living and patio structures
  • Large-format wreaths and garland
