Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes, installations and services provided by Holiday Lights Texas. They apply unless we have agreed something different in writing with you for a specific property. A signed proposal or a written quote that you approve takes precedence over anything on this page.

Quotes are free, and we aim to return them within 24 hours, frequently on the same business day. Prices published anywhere on this website — including the starting packages shown on the quote page and the offers page — are published bands, not quotations. Every property is quoted individually after we understand its rooflines, access and scope.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If the scope changes after you approve it — additional structures, extra trees, a change of colour or design — we will re-quote the difference before doing the work.

Installation and removal dates are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Weather, access restrictions and events outside our control can affect a scheduled date. Where that happens we will contact you and agree a replacement date as soon as we can.

If your display fails or is damaged during the season, call us. In-season maintenance is free, and we aim to respond within 24 hours, seven days a week. Weather damage, wildlife damage and component failure are all covered.

We may not be able to restore a display where a third party has interfered with it, where power to the property is unavailable, or where access is refused. In those cases we will explain what is needed and what, if anything, it costs.

Our crews are insured while working on your property. We take reasonable care to protect roofs, gutters, landscaping and hardscape. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in a roof, gutter or structure that we could not reasonably have known about, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Every installation is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product, the service or the crew, tell us. We will make it right, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

Offers published on this site are subject to the terms shown alongside them. Unless an offer states otherwise, one credit applies per property, per season, and offers cannot be combined. Offers may be withdrawn or changed, but never after you have approved a quote that includes one.

You may cancel before your installation is completed. If we have already measured, cut and prepared a custom set for your property, we may charge for the materials and work already carried out. We will tell you the amount before you decide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of the county in which the property is located, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
