Design notes
How this property was lit.
Red and white is the most requested two-colour combination in Texas, and it works best when the two colours are given separate jobs: red on the roofline, white on everything at ground level.
The hedges here are wrapped rather than outlined, which gives the front of the house a solid base of light and stops the display from floating.
The candy-cane stake lights along the walkway are a deliberate accent, not the main event. Used sparingly they add a seasonal note; used everywhere they cheapen the whole property.
