Harper's Preserve is a gated master-planned community in Conroe, one mile east of Interstate 45 off Highway 242 and four miles from The Woodlands Mall. It is built around a forested preserve of about 160 acres and divided into three villages: East, South and West.
Our published packages start at $799 for a front roofline. Roofline is $6, $8 or $10 per linear foot by height, ground lighting is $5 per foot, and tree wraps run $37 to $42 per strand. Windows, doors and garage doors are $5 per foot, wreaths run $350 to $650 by size, and a 9-foot garland is $395. Yes. Gate houses, monument entries and amenity centers are regular community projects for us. They are scoped on site and scheduled around the association's calendar, and the quote is based on measured footage at the published rates.
We confirm gate access with you or the association before an install date is set, so that a crew is not waiting at the entrance. A code, a guest list or a call to the gate house can all be built into the schedule.
Service requests are answered within 24 hours, seven days a week, all season, and in-season maintenance is free. Harper's Preserve is about 20 minutes from our Conroe base, which keeps that promise realistic in December.
